Job application tracker

Keep every application in one calm place: where you applied, what stage it is at and when to follow up. No account. Nothing is uploaded.

Your applications are saved only in this browser. Nothing is uploaded or shared. Export a backup or delete everything anytime.

Following up 7-10 days after applying keeps your name near the top of the pile.

Why not a spreadsheet?

A spreadsheet works, and for some people it is the right choice. If you want to share your list with someone, build your own columns and formulas, or keep years of history in one file, Google Sheets or Excel will do that better than this page.

The tracker is for the rest of the search. There is nothing to set up or maintain: statuses, follow-up dates and the due reminder are built in, it is free with no account, and your list never leaves your browser. You can export everything as a backup file whenever you want, so you are never locked in.

FAQ

Where is my data stored?

Only in your browser, on this device. CVPebble never sees or receives your applications.

Can I use it on my phone and my computer?

Yes, but each browser keeps its own list. Use Export backup on one device and Import backup on the other to move it.

Is it really free?

Yes. No account, no trial, no paid plan behind it.

What happens if I clear my browser data?

The list is removed with it. Export a backup first if you want to keep it.

Can I print my applications?

Yes. The Print button produces a clean list without the buttons and menus.

Is there a free alternative to a job application tracker spreadsheet?

Yes. CVPebble's job application tracker is free, needs no account, and keeps your list in your own browser. Statuses, follow-up reminders and export are built in, so there is nothing to set up.

Can I move my applications out of the tracker?

Yes. Use Export backup to download your whole list as a file, and Import backup to load it in another browser or device.

When is a spreadsheet the better choice?

When you need to share your list with other people, design your own columns and formulas, or keep many years of history in one file.
