Terms of use
This site is operated by CVPebble. Last updated: 10 October 2026. By using the site you agree to these terms.
What CVPebble is
CVPebble is a free CV editor and a set of general writing guides. The guides are educational. They are not legal, career or official advice.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee an interview, a job offer, compatibility with any applicant tracking system, or any other result. Hiring practices differ between countries, sectors and employers. Always follow the employer’s own instructions first. Our guides may be incomplete or out of date, so check important points with an official source.
Your content and responsibility
The CV you create is yours. It stays in your browser and we do not receive it. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you write, for not claiming qualifications or experience you do not have, and for what you send to employers.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, to create misleading documents, to disrupt or overload the service, or to copy it automatically at scale.
Our content
The text, design and code of the guides and of the site belong to us or our licensors. You may link to them and quote short extracts with credit. Copying whole guides without permission is not allowed. Sample images are illustrations and may be AI-generated.
Links to other sites
Our guides link to outside sources. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
Availability and liability
The site is provided “as is”. It may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn at any time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as a missed opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
