Cover letter builder
Write a cover letter from your own words
Answer a few short questions and the tool arranges your answers into a clean letter. It adds no facts of its own: everything in the letter comes from you.
Your text is processed in this page only. It is not sent to a server and it is not saved when you close or reload the tab.
Your letter
In the print window choose “Save as PDF” and untick headers and footers.
How it works
- Fill in the fields. Only the job title, company and your name are needed; the rest is optional.
- The letter updates as you type, with a greeting, an opening line, your three paragraphs and a closing.
- Copy the text into your email or document, or print it and choose Save as PDF.
Tips for a stronger cover letter
- Write about this role and this company. A letter that could be sent to any employer is easy to ignore.
- Choose one or two experiences that match the job advert and explain them in plain words.
- Keep it to one page. If a sentence does not help the reader, remove it.
- Use the same language as the job advert. Write the fields in that language too, because the tool does not translate your text.
- Check names and spelling before sending. The tool cannot check that your facts are correct.

Questions and answers
Is the cover letter builder free?
Yes. It is free, needs no account and has no limit on how many letters you write.
Does the tool write the letter for me?
No. It arranges the answers you type into a standard letter structure. It does not invent experience, so a letter is only as good as the details you give it.
Can I use it for a job in another language?
The tool interface and the letter frame are available in English, Arabic, French, Spanish and Portuguese. Type your own answers in the language of the job advert.
